Ken Collins, owner of Construction Inspection Service, is a licensed Inspector with over twenty-five years experience in the construction inspection industry. Ken also has over 14 years commercial banking experience and over 10 years as owner and manager of his own construction companies. His extensive background in both the banking and construction industries brings to you the experience and knowledge required for your consulting and inspection needs.
Kendol Collins has a degree in Construction Management and Land Development from Mississippi State University. After graduation Kendol worked in the commercial construction industry in project management and estimating. Kendol joined our group in 2005 as a licensed inspector. He is also a licensed contractor and a certified inspector under the International Building Code Council.
Our staff also includes two additional inspectors located in central Mississippi and middle Tennessee. This expanded staff allows us to provide a quick turnaround of inspections and reports to better service our client banks.
Construction Inspection Service is licensed by the State of Mississippi under the State Inspection Licensing Board and fully insured with general liability and E&O coverage. Certificates of insurance coverage and licensing are available upon request.
